Last week went really fast not least because I wasn't there for Tuesday and Wednesday.
The test we did on Monday made me think about different study skills to use whilst I'm studying.
I discovered that I learn better listening to people as well as seeing things. Like a picture memory. I had a feeling this was the case.
Spanish, the subjunctive tense I find hard. I seem to be getting all the tenses mixed up and not finding the time to sit down and learn them!!! Not good. Literature short story looks interesting. We've only done the introduction of the topic really but so far it's interesting to discover Scottish Authors.
I'm now going to French classes to not so keen about this. Feel a little bored. However, good to go over grammar and spelling and acquiring new vocabulary is always good.
Math, ready for the algebra test next week really enjoyed this unit did it before previously at school brings back old memories.
History, got my essay back about Chartism. Not too bad for a first attempt would maybe like some more guidance for the next one. Interesting topic Feminism I can't wait.
As well as investigating Europe and meeting up for the intercambio on Wednesday i'm really thinking about the university application. How do you write your cover letter and motivation letter? Which degree should I apply for? I'm thinking about studying International Relations, or Translation and Interpreting...
Today, we looked at identifying your mindset. I think I might be a mixture of booth Fixed mindset and Growth mindset. I feel that I know which method works better for me I have been applying this since the satr of the corse I am willing to try other methods but If you know what works for you why change it?
